I'd like to take the time to further comment on the excellent experience we had at PACE BMW last weekend. Both Joe Solano (General Manager) and Anthony Iu (CPO Salesman) provided us with everything one could expect from a car dealer and more. Their level of professionalism, product knowledge and overall commitment to exceeding our (high) expectations were unrivaled in your industry.
All too often sales staff of any sort are simply looking to "move another unit" or make top dollar on their sale. Joe and Anthony are simply a step above and I want to make sure their time and energy is not overlooked. They are everything you could want to represent the fine pedigree of the BMW brand.
Being an enthusiast and BMWCCA member for many years our X5 purchase was more than just another family car. We actually had a 2002 E53 X5 and have since leased an X3 only to realize our love for the X5 would bring us back for another round. Since this X5 would be driven by my wife and kept for many many years to come, we were quite particular about it's color and option set. We were out to find a Highland Green on Beige with NAV, ZPP & ZCW. Not exactly something you find everyday but a perfect compliment to our Silver-Gray E46 M3.
Needless to say we had been working with Anthony for months, and his continued support and patience with us was incredible. He would call after weeks had passed just keeping us posted as he combed the pages of his inventory. Finally we found the perfect X5 and it just so happened that our date to take delivery was February 14, Valentines Day. Going down to the "Used Car Lot" is not exactly every girls dream for Valentines Day but Anthony made sure the day would be one to remember. He actually took the time to put a huge 4 foot red bow across the moonroof of the SAV and had it parked front & center! It was absolutely perfect. Staff members like Joe Solano and Anthony Iu don't come along every day - it was my pleasure to work with them and hope they continue to impress for all your future client.

On May 17, 2008 I leased a 2008 650i from Pace BMW. This is just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the service I recieved. Neil Alpert showed outstanding customer service by always putting me, the customer, first.

After picking up the car we noticed a dent in the front fender. We notified Pace BMW and brought it in right away, and to my surprise they fixed it on the spot at their expense and couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. The Sales person that helped me with my purchase was Mariella. I have to say that she has been the most amazing sales person I have ever dealt with. She was so courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding. I met her on an afternoon when I was picking up my cousin from his lease drop off. I explained to her what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed that I was allowed to take the car for a test drive by myself. Every other dealership - both BMW and Lexus - required me to be accompanied by a salesperson who had a predetermined route they wanted me to drive on.
My sales person, Anthony Iu, has been particularly helpful and responsive to follow-up questions I've had after taking delivery on the car.
